Club Penguin Meet & Greet
A trial is being run of a meet and greet with characters from Disney’s popular online kids’ website Club Penguin. Guests can meet the characters next to the Studios Backlot Tour entrance at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Check the daily park times guide for meet and greet times.
“Up” Meet & Greet
Characters from Disney’s new animation “Up” will be at the Studios starting May 15. Guests can meet and greet Carl, Dug & Russell inside the Magic of Disney Animation attraction.
Sorcerer Mickey Hat to go?
Following comments made by Bob Weis at Disney’s Hollywood Studios 20th birthday event, speculation is rife that the Sorcerer Mickey Hat icon at the Studios is to be removed sometime in the future. Watch this space!
Stitch’s Supersonic Celebration
Stitch’s Supersonic Celebration Dance Party at Magic Kingdom is set to open tomorrow (Wednesday 6), with the first show at 10am, followed by 5 more shows throughout the day.
New Star Tours Film
After years of speculation as to if and when the Star Tours ride film would be updated, it looks like it’s finally going to happen. Filming is reported to be happening right now in West Hollywood, and the new film may even be in 3D. Full story here.
