Hall of Presidents changes

The Orlando Sentinel has reported back on the changes that have been made to the attraction, which is due to reopen July 4th.

The new Barack Obama audio-animatronic, who stands to the right of Abraham Lincoln, is the most advanced figure made to date, with more facial expression. For the first time, George Washington stands and speaks, voiced by David Morse.

A new display in the pre-show area features dresses from three first ladies: Elizabeth Monroe, Edith Roosevelt (Mrs. Teddy) and Nancy Reagan.

New PhotoPass products

Disney have launched new PhotoPass products, for new ways to turn your vacation photos into personalized keepsakes. Two styles of Photo Puzzles are now available, offering fun challenges for you and family members. New PhotoBook options allow you to place a photo on the front cover, and you can now put a digital version of your PhotoBook onto CD. Photo magnets, stickers, luggage tags, and more Photo mug designs are now available. Visit the PhotoPass website for more details and prices.

7-for-4 Deal to return?

As reported by the Orlando Sentinel, analyst Richard Greenfield speculates that Disney may bring back the 7 nights for the price of 4 offer later in the year. The free dining offer which runs through October 3 hasn’t proved as popular as the 7-for-4 offer which it replaced.

Disneyland Hotel Rennovation

Studio 365

Opening tomorrow, Friday, June 26, in Downtown Disney, Studio Disney 365 offers aspiring stars, age 3 and up, makeover transformations and an opportunity to walk the carpet for a grand, show-business-style entrance. Girls and boys can choose from a range of “rock star” hair, makeup and costume options for their own scene-stealing experience, inspired by the characters from “Hannah Montana.”

Summer Nightastic

Summer Nightastic in in full swing at Disneyland Resort. Featuring a host of new after-dark entertainment, including “Magical” fireworks, Disney’s Electrical Parade and new characters and special effects in Fantasmic! Runing nightly through Sunday, August 23, at Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure parks. “Magical” fireworks continue through Labor Day weekend.
