Disney Cruise Line introduces a cruise industry innovation on the Disney Dream with the debut of AquaDuck, the first-ever shipboard water coaster. Pink

Pink is an elegant and upscale cocktail bar at The District on the Disney Dream, serving top-shelf wines and liquor as well as the bubbly beverage of choice…champagne. Back-lit glass “bubbles” covering the walls create the effect of cascading, effervescent champagne. Royal Palace

Royal Palace on the Disney Dream is an elegant restaurant inspired by the classic Disney films “Cinderella,” “Snow White,” “Beauty and the Beast” and “Sleeping Beauty.” Splendid décor includes a magnificent, hand-blown chandelier made of glass slippers, with essential elements from each fairy tale such as royal crests, roses and tiaras. A sprinkle of pixie dust and a little help from the fairy godmother is all it takes for little princesses to feel like the newest Disney princess, Princess Tiana, at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique.

Nine-year-old Orlando gals Taylor Moorman and Danica Escaño recently enjoyed a regal makeover session with fancy updo’s, sparkling makeup and nails.

Three pampering packages are available, including the Castle Package that offers a gorgeous green gown and crown like the one worn by Princess Tiana in the upcoming Walt Disney Pictures animated feature film, “The Princess and the Frog.”

New Christmas Show

A new Tomorrowland stage show will debut at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year. “A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas!” features Stitch, Buzz Lightyear, Mike Wazowski and a jubilant cast of party-goers who discover the true meaning of the season during their annual Christmas party.  The interactive musical revue features “songs of the season” in the style of today’s hottest Radio Disney hits. More Fairies

Next month, Terence (distributor of pixie dust in Pixie Hollow) will debut for meet & greet with the other fairies in Toon Town’s Pixie Hollow.

2010’s Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival will see the Pixie Hollow area almost doubled in size. It will include a maze which leads to a Terence topiary, along with a Vidia topiary. Read the rest of this entry »
