Refurbs

The annual refurbishment dates for Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach have been announced. Typhoon Lagoon will be closed from October 31, 2010 – January 8, 2011; and Blizzard Beach from January 9 – March 19, 2011.

Flame Tree Barbeque at Disney’s Animal Kingdom will be closed from August 9 – September 19, 2010.

Tables in Wonderland Event

Tables in Wonderland card holders can attend a special dinner in the Great Movie Ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The event is being held on two dates in July, Friday 16th and Saturday 17th. The cost is $155 per person + tax, and is limited to 80 guests for each day.

Disneyland Resort Hotels Perk

Guests staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels can now get in line for World of Color Fastoasses half an hour before regular day guests. The Disney California Adventure park gate at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will open 30 minutes earlier than regular park opening time for the main entrance. Guests not staying at Disneyland Hotel, Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will still have access to the Fastpass tickets once the park opens.
