Kona Cafe Menu Changes

The Disney Food Blog have reported some upcoming changes to the menu at the Polynesian Resort’s Kona Cafe, read about them here.

Character Changes

A new character greeting backdrop is being constructed at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, in the Sorcerer’s Hat area. A large filmstrip will placed where the Snow White topiary used to be located, along with the Studios’ logo and stars. Characters will be given a makeover for the new meet and greet, with 1940′s costumes.

Duffy, the Disney Bear, is expected to start appearing for meet and greet at Epcot on October 14.

Discount Richard Petty Ride Along

New Nighttime Show

A new nighttime dance party debuts at Disney California Adventure park on October 8 – ElecTRONica. The interactive, digital world of “TRON:Legacy” will light up Hollywood Pictures Backlot prior to the film’s release on December 17. The entire family will enjoy music, lights, food and beverage set amidst the world of “TRON: Legacy!” Flynn’s Arcade will be recreated, and guests can watch live dancers, have their face painted and visit the TRON: Evolution video game area. The party will be held each night on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays this Fall, and seven days a week during Thanksgiving week and Christmas week.

Tinker Bell and the Great Fairy Rescue Movie Premiere

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment hosts a very special “Picnic-In-The-Park” world premiere of TINKER BELL and the GREAT FAIRY RESCUE, which debuts on Disney DVD on September 21.
