For those unsure on the role of wedding planner, what services do you provide to the bride & groom?
The role of a Disney Wedding Planner is to hold the hand of couples throughout their entire wedding planning process. Disney Wedding Planners are here to help plan the event details as well as allow couples to truly relax and be a guest at their Wedding. Not only do our couples get a dedicated wedding planner but a dedicated team of experts, including a Disney Wedding Consultant, Wedding Wedding Planner and Floral and Décor Specialist.
Our dedicated team of experts is here to make the planning process easy, and more importantly, fun! Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings truly is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all your planning needs! Walt Disney World® Resort offers floral, photo, video, transportation, culinary and entertainment that work perfectly together so you don’t have to!
Disney’s Wedding Differentiators
Our couples also have the opportunity to take advantage of our on-site bridal studio and robust website including online planning tools:
Franck’s Bridal Studio is located next to Disney’s Fairytale Wedding Pavilion, at Walt Disney World. Now 15 years old, it was named after the wedding planner character Martin Short played in the film “Father of The Bride.”
Candy buffets are the latest trend for weddings and parties. Not only do they look stunning when they are done right, but are also sure to be a huge hit with your guests!
A candy buffet is pretty much as it sounds, a table is set up with numerous jars and bowls, all filled with candy, which guests help themselves to, just like a buffet.
We pulled up at the Grand Floridian entrance and told the security guard that we were checking in to concierge. We were getting married at Disney’s Fairytale Wedding Pavilion the following day and had splurged and booked three expensive nights in a concierge suite.
As we drove up to the front entrance and left the car to be valet parked a smart looking Cast Member approached us and welcomed us to the Resort. She escorted us to the elevators in the lobby, the ones with the sign “Royal Palm Club,” which most of us don’t normally get to use. Royal Palm Club is the name the Grand Floridian Resort give to their concierge club. Guests who stay there get exclusive access to the concierge lounge which has a variety of complimentary snacks and beverages on offer all day long, plus attentive concierge staff on hand to help with your every need.
On exiting the elevator we were greeted by a friendly gentleman who invited us to sit down at his desk. After completing the check-in formalities, the Cast Member looked up and with a smile on his face said “you’ve got the best room in Disney World!”

The first time I visited Walt Disney World and saw the Wedding Pavilion I said that’s where I was going to get married. Never in a million years did I dream it would one day be a reality. But it happened. I got married at Disney’s Fairytale Wedding Pavilion, and it was a true fairytale wedding and dream come true!
