Dining Tips

If you are unhappy with your dining assignment, restaurant order, or seating time you may be able to change it, depending on availability. On embarkation day, check your Personal Navigator for a dining assignment change time, held that afternoon. If you miss that, or want to change later on, see your head server or speak to guest services.

If you don't want to dine in your allocated restaurant you can go to the buffet restaurant or get a snack from one of the counter service places.

If you prefer simple, plain food and don't like anything on the dinner menus, there are always a selection of plain foods available (chicken, steak, fish).

If you have special dietary needs, let them know when you book the cruise. There will be an opportunity to meet with the food team on the afternoon that you board, check your Personal Navigator for details and times. You may also want to remind your head server at your first night's dinner.

Tables seat a minimum of 4 people, with some seating up to 20, and an average of 8 seats per table.

If you're travelling in a group or with friends and want to be seated together, make sure you mention it when you book the cruise.

If you want to have dinner at Palo, we'd recommend either your Parrot Cay night (3 night cruise) or, second night at Animator's Palette (4 night cruise), or the last two nights on the 7-night cruise.

15% gratuity is automatically added to any drinks purchased onboard.

Visit a supermarket before boarding the ship and stock up on bottled water, beer and wine, which will be much cheaper than buying onboard. You can keep it cool in the refrigerator in your stateroom.
