Ship-to-Shore Phone Calls
While sailing with Disney Cruise Line, all guests can be contacted by calling 1-888-DC-AT-SEA. Calls will be immediately transferred to the guest's stateroom, where messages can be recorded via voice mail. Ship-to-shore telephone rates apply.
Wake-up Calls
Touch the "Wake-up Call" button on your stateroom telephone. The guest-entered Wake-up system will allow you to enter, change, or cancel wake-up calls via a series of automated voice instructions. You will also have the option of speaking to an operator for assistance.
Wave Phones
There are 2 portable phones in each Guest Stateroom, known as Wave Phones. These phones are a great way for families to stay in touch with one another while on board the ship and ashore at Disney's Castaway Cay. In addition, these phones replace the paging system used by Youth Activities , so parents with children participating in the various activities are never more than a phone call or text message away.
A limited number of additional phones are available to rent for a nominal fee at the Guest Services desk, located on Deck 3, midship.
