Banana Bread Recipe

Yield:
48 breads
27lb All purpose flour
33lb Bananas
20lb sugar
8lb Sugar
16oz Baking soda
8oz Baking powder
2oz Salt
7 litres Egg (liquid)
4 litres Milk ( optional)
5 litres Oil
2oz Cinnamon
6oz Vanilla Liquid
Baking temperature 180°C
Preparation
Crush the bananas in the mixing bowl & then add the sugar.
Add oil & let blend then followed by the egg & milk.
If the batter is to thick add more milk.
Next add the flour & let it blend with the banana mixture.
Pour the batter into the greased trays & bake.
NOTE:
1. That the batter should not be over mixed or the bread becomes chewy
2. All dry ingredients should be mixed with the flour
3. Donot cut the bread unless properly cooled
