Stage 17 in the Hollywood Pictures Backlot is transformed into a culinary spectacle showcasing the talents of the finest Disneyland® Resort chefs and featuring dozens of wines, beers and spirits. Napa Rose Cooking School
Join Executive Chef Andrew Sutton of the award-winning Napa Rose as he leads a hands-on cooking and learning experience. Each class will create and enjoy a themed meal with expertly paired wines.
The class is held in the show kitchen of the elegant Napa Rose Restaurant at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel® and Spa. Introduction to Wine Tasting
This course, led by Master Sommelier Michael Jordan, is designed to introduce you to the joys of wine tasting. Each class will offer basic training in the different grape varietals and blends, tastes, structures and characteristics found in every glass. You will use your new found skills to participate in a "blind-tasting" employing your senses to identify four different wines.

This is a course for those wishing to expand their knowledge of the world of wine and take their education to the next level. Taught by Master Sommelier Michael Jordan, this immersive six-hour course is an exciting journey through international wine regions, varietals, growing and harvesting styles, wine laws and governances. Get a glimpse into the intensive training that the Sommeliers of the Disneyland® Resort must pass to go on to become certified in the Court of Master Sommeliers.
