The average speed of the train is 30mph, with a maximum speed of 40mph. The mountain scenery of this attraction is inspired by Arizona's Monument Valley. The Disneyland Paris version of Big Thunder Mountain is significantly larger than the American and Japanese versions. Additional Information Wheelchair users must transfer. Minimum height: 1.02 m (3'3").  This attraction is not recommended for children under the age of 3. Visitors must be able of unassisted walking and must be in good health and not affected by medical problems which might be worsened by this experience.
