How to Change User Preferences

You can change a number of things via your very own User Control Panel.
To access your User CP (http://www.magicalkingdoms.com/forums/usercp.php), click on the link on the left hand side of the navigation bar.

There are also direct links for you to Edit Signature, Edit Profile, and Edit Options on the "Quick Links" link on the navigation bar.

In your User CP you can do the following:

1. Edit Signature.

2. Change your password and/or email address.

3. Edit Profile
- Create a custom user title, that will display under your username every time you post.
- Change your Date of Birth.
- List your homepage (providing it's within our guidelines)
- Enter your Instant Messaging details
- Add additional information to be displayed in your profile

4. Edit Options
- Messaging and notification options, such as receiving an email when someone replies to a thread you have subscribed to, or sends you a private message.
- Thread Display Options
- Date and Time Options
- Message Editor Interface (from basic text only editor, to full WYSIWYG editor)

5. Edit Avatar
You can choose to use one of our preset avatars, or upload your own.

6. Edit Profile Picture
Upload or link to a picture to be displayed in your public profile.
