Tokyo Disney Resort celebrates it's 25th Anniversary!

Tokyo Disney Resort will be celebrating it's 25th anniversary on April 15th 2008. I'm really hoping I can attend. I was lucky enough to attend Disneyland's 25th anniversary party when I was a kid, way back in 1981. I doubt Tokyo Disney Resort will be open for 25 hours straight, as Disneyland was for their party, but I would like to be able to say that I was there.

The new Tokyo Disney Resort's Disneyland Hotel is scheduled to open in July of 2008. The hotel has a Sleeping Beauty Castle design, and is being built directly opposite to and inline with the main entrance to the resort. The hotel will be 5 star rated, similar in quality to Disney Sea's Mira Costa Hotel.

The Disneyland Hotel sounds wonderful! :yes: I hope you get a chance to visit and take photos for us! :D :D

I never realised it had been open for so long! The park might not be open for 12 hours, but I'm sure it will be a wonderful celebration :yes:
