Construction boards have recently been erected around the former entrance to the Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough attraction which has lain dormant since 2001, prompting rumours that it’s being refurbished to once again welcome guests.
Co-incidentally, October of this year sees the release of a special 2-disc edition of Disney’s Sleeping Beauty…make of that what you will :hehe:
Over in Tomorrowland, the long rumoured update of Star Tours seems to gathering pace. Hayden Landis, computer graphics supervisor for the new Indiana Jones movie confirmed in an interview that his next project would be an update of another Lucasfilm production, ‘Star Tours’ Its likely that any new film produced for the attraction will also find its way to WDW, possibly signalling a lengthy rehab of the ride there should they decide to overhaul the aging simulators too.
