      Not again!

I sneezed this morning while sitting on the couch and threw my back out. Crap! I really hope this is just a minor thing but I've lost feeling in my big toe on my left side and and I can feel one of my nerves go numb and shoot pain when I flex my foot. At least if I need medical treatments I'm going to go for it this year as my deductible has been met.

Oh No, that is not a good sign . Ever since I feel at work , I have lower back pain left side , my leg goes numb goes around my knee and shoots down my foot . It's like a painful tingly numb . I can' explain it, but I now know how you felt . I also have that pull in my neck & shoulder . I'm seriously thinking of renting a scooter , just one . When Jim gets winded out, he uses it and when I can't walk anymore, I use it .

If you need the name of a company to rent from I can recommend one. We have used them since 2001 for my mother--always been ready when we check in and the one time there was an issue they came to the park and replaced the scotter within 30 mins.

This reminds me of the time my friend coughed and somehow tore his cruciate ligament!

Sounds me to me like trapped nerves, but I'm not sure how that can be treated.
