      Park hours

Anyone know what the park hours are likely to be for the half term week in October? We're taking a school trip which includes a day in DLRP and are trying to plan with the travel firm. They've told us 7pm and want to book our evening meal back at the Kyriad Hotel for 9pm. Does this seem reasonable? We'll want to stay in the park until closing as we've got hoppers but I've no experience of DLRP at this time of the year so am relying on the travel company at the moment for times etc but want to get the itinerary sorted out asap.

I've just found a website which states that in half term week last year, the main park was open until 9pm all week. Every other week, it was open until 7pm

Thanks Gemma. That's what I was hoping too.

I spoke to someone at DLRP and they said that even though the park hours haven't been officially published yet, that the main park will be open until 9pm. We've told the travel firm that we'll confirm with the Kyriad on arrival and they seem happy with that.

I guess you just need to make sure that your half term is the same as every other schools half terms lol

I think our half term is the same. It'll certainly be a different sort of trip with 64 fifteen year olds in tow.
