LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Two-time U.S. Open champion Lee Janzen has accepted a sponsor's exemption to play in the Children's Miracle Network Classic presented by Wal-Mart Nov. 1-4 at Walt Disney World Resort.

Janzen, an Orlando resident, won the U.S. Open in 1993 and 1998 as two of his eight PGA TOUR victories. He also is a two-time Ryder Cup participant.

In 2007, he is currently 155th on the TOUR money list and will be a part of the frenzied scramble at the Classic to be among the final top 125 money winners who earn full exemptions for the 2008 PGA TOUR season. With more than $300,000 currently separating him from 125th, Janzen would need at least third-place money in the $4.6 million Classic to have a chance of finishing that high.

He has played at Disney 15 times since 1990, with his best finishes a sixth in 1992 and a seventh in 1997.

The Children's Miracle Network Classic has a total of four sponsor's exemptions to extend to players who otherwise wouldn't qualify for the field of 132 players that will tee off in the PGA TOUR Fall Series finale on Disney's Palm and Magnolia courses.

Defending champion is TOUR veteran Joe Durant, who joined a Classic winner's circle that has included Tiger Woods, Vijah Singh, Jack Nicklaus, Payne Stewart and Raymond Floyd.

The Children's Miracle Network Classic presented by Wal-Mart is the final event of the PGA TOUR Fall Series and the last official-money event of 2007. A field of 132 pros will be shooting for shares of a $4.6 million purse, with the winner earning $828,000.

Tickets for individual rounds ($30) and badges for Classic week ($50) are available at www.childrensmiraclenetworkclassic.com. Net proceeds go to Children's Miracle Network hospitals, including Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando. Additional information is available on the Classic Hotline, 407/824-2250.
