The new Paddock pool at Saratoga Springs Resort has opened.

It has zero entry, a slide, and a wet deck play area, complete with mini water slide, for the little ones.

    There's also a horseshoe-shaped hot tub.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available from the nearby Paddock Grill.

Cool love it. I kind of hope we stay at Saratoga Springs Resort at WDW this year as its one of our fave's, the new pool should take some of the congestion away from the Springs pool (hardly seen it congested given that we visit in value season), however we enjoy the pool in Congress Park (peaceful)

They are closing Congress park pool for a short time for maintenance now the Paddock Pool is open. It's scheduled to close Monday, August 1 until September 2nd (subject to change). I have seen the Springs pool crazy packed, they defo needed another feature pool!

Thanks for that, hope its on schedule we arrive 4th Sept. I'm happy with CG area pool, given the size of the resort I think this extra feature pool is a blessing especially during the busy seasons. Wonder if they move the pool movies when they temporarily close Springs pool?

 Vikki, thats one way of looking at it. I think it's convenient for DTD, which we spend a fair bit of time at - no parking to worry about when it's busy and if it rains jump on a boat or bus :D. Its so convenient for breakfast at WGP XP or EOS on a morning too.

Vikki - what was the counter service place like? Did it serve different stuff to Artist's Palette? I find the menu at AP a bit limiting, so keen to try this other place when we go in a couple of weeks

Yes, whereas AP did mainly flatbreads and salads, the other counter place did burger type things.
