Going to start a new series of posts looking back at old attractions (idea unashamedly stolen from the Disney Parks Blog )
We'll start with the Legend of the Lion King show that used to be in Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland.
It debuted on July 8, 1994 in the space that's now occupied by Mickey's Philharmagic.
Anyone remember this show? Did you like it, hate it, still miss it?

I always enjoyed the show, especially if it was really hot out. The Lion King show at Animal Kingdom theme park at Walt Disney World Orlando is MUCH better though, as is Philharmagic.

I remember the show being there, but we didn't see it. What was in it's place before it was there? Seems like when we went I was sad to see whatever was there prior, gone.
I prefer Mickey's Phillharmagic . That's my favorite "ride" at the MK!
