Studios really only have a microwave and a hoover when it comes to cooking/cleaning. Who does those things on holiday though anyway?

We certainly wouldn't we did use the toaster a lot at Saratoga Springs Resort at WDW though. I just wonder why we can't get 3 weeks at Port Orleans Resort French Quarter resort at WDW on the Disney site....

We had a studio at the Boardwalk Inn at Christmas - the only advantage was that Bryan had extra cupboard space to store his beer!

I was booked at Old Key West Vacation Club Resort at WDW last year for 14 nights and would not go back. Our first studio was damp and the smell overpowering, we were then moved to another studio where we had a leak from the ceiling on 2 consecutive days. No doubt this is probably at the extreme end of the scale and I was just unlucky. They did however move us across to WL for the last 9 nights which was a bit of a result.

Even without these incidents I doubt I would have gone back. If you are not looking to hire a car I would stay else where. Although our rooms were both close to the main area and it was a short walk, I just did not like walking alongside a road with buses going past. It's not the same same as walking through some nice hotel grounds on a pedestrain path. I guess we are just hotel people rather than villas. I also cant recall the studio rooms being any bigger than most of the hotels rooms I stayed at.

The bar and the counter service are also very small for the size of the resort.
