Trouble pulling up reservations

I was going to check in online for our trip. But every time I try to pull up my reservations it says "We are currently experiencing problems displaying reservations. Apologies for any inconvenience." Just wondered if anyone else had any problems checking in or pulling up their reservations?

We had that problem last year, I just kept trying and ii finally worked - good luck

It seems to be a problem at the site on weekends. I got the same message this AM, but later in the day it was fine and all my ADRS and Resort Ressies were there to view. If you continue to have the problem Id call them and let them know your haveing issues.

I had trouble pulling mine up too. I finally got mine to come up but it kept saying my credit card was not accepted. I don'tunderstand that one. It's a Disney visa with a balance of zero but still won't take it.

I got it to work now.

Thank you all for your help. It wouldn't let me add my Disney Credit card either, but it said I could add it at check in.
