Wishes Collection Requirements

The following requisites must be met in order to host a Wedding
at the Walt Disney World® Resort. These requisites have been
designed to offer a variety of alternatives to fit your budget
and party size.
Booking your wedding
Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings offices are open Monday through
Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET. You will work with a Disney
Wedding Sales Manager during the initial stages of booking your
wedding. Wedding Consultations are available and should be scheduled
in advance with your Disney Wedding Sales Manager. It is recommended
that you determine availability of your preferred wedding dates
before your visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort.

Once your wedding plans are definite, and you have signed your Letter
of Agreement you will be assigned to a Disney Wedding Event Manager.
Please be aware that your Disney Wedding Event Manager is coordinating
wedding events each weekend; therefore, "planning sessions" can only
be accommodated Monday through Friday. Should you require after-hours
appointments, availability may be determined and discussed with your
Disney Wedding Event Manager.
Deposits
Disney are able to tentatively hold space for your wedding
event 12 months in advance of your wedding date (based on availability).
Within eight months of your wedding date (12 months for theme
park wedding locations), a signed Letter of Agreement with your
non-refundable deposit ($2,000) will act as your commitment to host your
wedding at the Walt Disney World® Resort
and enable them to begin planning your events and reserving hotel
room accommodations. The deposit will be applied toward your
wedding and is non-refundable once it is received. The deposit
is required to confirm your wedding event space and special hotel
rates.
The deposit is payable by personal check (cheque) or wire transfer
only.
Prices
All prices and guidelines are subject to change without notice.
They are able to guarantee pricing for your wedding ceremony
and reception six months prior to your wedding date.
Complimentary
rooms
A complimentary room is offered for your special first night
together in the selected Walt Disney World® Resort location
of your choice, based on availability (minimum 25 room night
guarantee). Suite upgrades are available at an additional charge.

2010 MINIMUMS

Food & beverage, flowers, décor, music, entertainment,
photography/videography services, special transportation, hair,
makeup, spa services, our ceremony sites fee and any other wedding
day services apply toward reaching or exceeding this minimum
provided by the Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney’s
Fairy Tale Weddings.
During certain seasons a higher or lower minimum may apply.
Please ask your wedding consultant for more information regarding
those times.
Food & Beverages
For all locations,
a minimum spend per person, plus 20% service charge and 6.5%
sales tax will apply to functions as below -
Breakfast/Brunch (8am, 9am, 10am ceremonies) -- $75++ person
Lunch (12pm ceremony) -- $100++ person
Dinner (2:30pm, 5pm, 7:30pm ceremonies) -- $125++ person
Guest Accommodations
Based on your estimated number of guests, you must guarantee
a minimum of hotel room nights at the Walt Disney World owned
and operated Resorts. Your Disney Wedding Consultant will be
happy to discuss these minimums in details to ensure your comfort
level.
10-40 guests = 25 room nights
41-75 guests = 50 room nights
76 or more guests = 75 room nights
