Promenade Ballroom
The 10,032 square foot Promenade Ballroom is an elegant and
flexible space ideal for formal dinner banquets and gala celebrations
(rounds accommodating up to 750 guests).
In addition, the ballroom
features six salons and two larger spaces that can conveniently
subdivide in up to eight separate meeting rooms for smaller
groups.
This beautifully decorated ballroom is a perfect location for a wedding reception.

Reception, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch.
Marvin Gardens
This hard-walled meeting room can divide into three sections
of 620 square feet each, or can combine for a total of 1,860
square feet.
Windows on the back and Southside walls provide
views overlooking the outdoor patio.
Exquisite tapestries line the walls in the ballroom.

Minimum Food and Beverage Requirements
Functions beginning prior to 2pm
$75 per person, plus 20% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Functions beginning after 2pm
$100 per person, plus 20% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Minimum food & beverage costs can be comprised of pre-reception,
reception, wedding cake and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic
beverages.
