Intimate Wedding Ceremony
This is an intimate wedding (with or without guests), held in either the East Courtyard or the Crescent Terrace. The format can vary from a simple exchange of vows, to the more elaborate, including musicians, floral arrangements, cake and champagne service. (These are the only food items served in the courtyards).
Wedding Ceremony & Reception
This type of wedding includes the ceremony with a reception immediately following. There is no limit on the number of guests. The festivities include a 30 to 60 minute cocktail reception, followed by a 2-3 hour lunch/dinner reception. Plated meals, as well as heavy hors d' oeuvres are available. One of the Catering Managers will assist you with selecting from our a la carte banquet menus or Reception Packages.
Wedding Reception Only
This is ideal for the couple choosing to host their ceremony at another location, using the hotel for the reception. Generally, wedding receptions are for 50 people or more. Although the ballroom can accommodate more than 1,000 people for a wedding, 100-200 people is the average. Receptions are normally held for four hours or as needed. During the first hour, cocktails are served, followed by hors d' oeuvres, a three-hour dinner, wedding festivities and cake. There is no charge for the ballroom, hotel linen, china/silver, dance floor or staging.

STANDARD PACKAGE
This package includes all of the features and services to make your ceremony complete:
- A wedding coordinator to assist you with your needs on your special day
- Ceremony hosted in the resort's East Courtyard or Crescent Terrace (includes seating for guests)
- Brass bridal arch decorated with fresh flowers
- Ceremony performed by a non-denominational minister or notary, (Rabbi available for an additional charge)
- One bottle of champagne (serves 6 people)
- Ten-inch, round decorated wedding cake (serves 15 people)
- Bridal bouquet (choose from white or soft colored flowers)
- Groom's boutonniere
- Ceremony musician (harpist, violinist, guitarist, flautist or keyboardist, etc.)
DELUXE PACKAGE
This includes all of the items and services of the standard package, plus additional items to make your wedding day memorable:
- Wedding coordinator to assist with your needs on your special day
- Ceremony hosted in the resort's East Courtyard or Crescent Terrace (includes seating for guests)
- Brass or lattice arch, adorned with beautiful, fresh flowers
- Ceremony performed by a non-denominational minister or notary (Rabbi available for additional charge)
- Chilled champagne toast (up to 6 people)
- A ten-inch, round decorated wedding cake
- Lavish bridal bouquet and groom's boutonniere
- Single-ceremony musician (harpist, violinist, guitarist, flautist, keyboardist, etc.)
- Keepsake wedding certificate
- Photography package including:
- Up to 2 hours of ceremony coverage
- Wedding day photos in an 8x10 album
- Videography package including:
- Up to 1 hour of ceremony coverage
- In-studio editing
- One VHS copy of wedding ceremony

THE INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS' INTIMATE WEDDING" PACKAGE
This package includes all of the features and services to make your ceremony complete:
- A professional wedding specialist to assist you with all your needs on your special day
- Ceremony hosted in the resort's East Courtyard or Crescent Terrace (includes seating for guests)
- Brass bridal arch decorated with fresh flowers
- Ceremony performed by a non-denominational Minister or Notary, (Rabbi or Japanese speaking minister available for an additional charge)
- One bottle of sparkling wine/champagne (serves 6 people)
- Two tiered decorated wedding cake
- Bridal bouquet (choose from white or soft colored flowers)
- Groom's boutonniere
- Pre-recorded music
- Customized marriage certificate

Wedding Cakes
A 10-inch, round decorated wedding cake is included all with all Intimate Wedding packages; however, there are three upgraded cake options available for an additional charge. To view these choices, click here.

Planning
To book a wedding ceremony or reception at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, a minimum of 72 hours for Intimate Weddings, and a minimum of two months for a reception is needed.
Two rooms are provided for on-site weddings, for the wedding party to get changed in. These are based on availability and are complimentary. The rooms are usually hospitality suites, which include a full-length mirror, kitchenette and private bathroom.
In the event of rain, outdoor ceremonies will be moved into a banquet room.
Subject to availability, discounted rooms will be made available to the wedding party and their guests.
Bride & Grooms who get married at the Swan and Dolphin are not eligible for the Magic Kingdom photo shoot.
