Head Table
Sweetheart Table
You may choose to celebrate your first meal together as husband and wife by dining at a romantic "Sweetheart Table" designed for just the two of you! This is a particularly good idea if you plan to circulate throughout the room during dinner to greet your guests.
Roman Table
You may choose to celebrate your first meal together at a "Roman Table" in the center of the room. This popular trend allows you to seat your entire wedding party (and spouses, if you choose) at one large oblong table. It creates a festive atmosphere right in the center of the room!
Head Table on Riser
You may choose to celebrate your first meal together at a "Head Table on a Riser." This traditional set up allows for guests to see you and your wedding party on a raised dais and creates a focal point for the event.
Reserved Head Table
You may choose to celebrate your first meal together at a "Reserved Head Table." This low-key approach designates a reserved round of (10) in the center of the room for the two of you and your wedding party or parents.
Pin Spotted Tables
Each of the (15) tables, including your "Sweetheart Table for Two/Roman Table/Head Table on a Riser" and the cake table will be pin spotted to illuminate the table from within.
Royal Thrones
Two royal thrones in a decorative gold chair finish with fabric enhancements (choice of colors) will provide an elegant seating for the newlyweds.
Standard Table Styles
BoardWalk
Standard options include a white floor length poly-cotton underaly and overlay linen with complementing poly-cotton napkins. This standard look includes a brocade burgundy & forest green banquet chair, glassware, dishes and flatware.
Yacht Club
Standard options include a white floor length poly-cotton underaly and overlay linen with complementing poly-cotton napkins. This standard look includes a brocade navy blue banquet chair, glassware, dishes and flatware.
Grand Floridian
Standard options include a white floor length poly-cotton underaly and overlay linen with complementing poly-cotton napkins. This standard look also includes a brocade peach banquet chair, glassware, dinnerware and flatware.
Epcot
Standard options include a white floor length poly-cotton underaly and overlay linen with complementing poly-cotton napkins. This standard look also includes a brocade navy blue banquet chair, glassware, dishes and flatware. (This standard set-up does not apply to Living Seas and outdoor Epcot events.)
Enhanced Table Decor
Choose from a wide variety of sumptuous fabric table linens to complete the elegant look of your Wedding tables-silks, satins, brocades, organza, rich patterns and colors are all available and will be offered during your floral planning session as an upgraded option. Coordinating napkins are also available.
A large range of table centerpieces, decorations, chair styles, are also available, with the only limit being your imagination!
