Pros:
good crew members
Cons:
2 hour min charge
We left our 6 month old here twice during our cruise. We did return to reports that she'd screamed the place down until they got her to sleep and I would have preferred for them to page us to let us know, which they didn't.
They will feed and change the baby if you leave food and diapers.
Lots of toys are provided, and a TV is always on.
One time we returned at the end of 2 hours to find she was sleeping. They said to go away and they'd page once she woke up. We returned half hour later and she was just waking up. They'd still charged us for the extra half hour even though she was asleep and not needing any care.
It would be handy not to have the 2 hour minimum booking/charge and to be able to leave for shorter periods.
There is family time during the cruise where you can go into the nursery with the baby and play with the toys.
The staff all appeared to be kind and caring.
