Bob Parr used to be "Mr Incredible," one of the world's greatest superheroes, along with his wife Helen who was "Elastigirl." 15 years later they are living a normal life in the suburbs with their three kids, after being forced to give up after a series of accidents and lawsuits.
Desperate to get back into action he is given an opportunity to return to his superhero roots by a mysterious caller summons him to a remote island, Nomanisan, for a top-secret mission. But things soon go wrong, and Bob is taken prisoner by the evil Syndrome.
