The Yak and the Yeti is my favorite restaurant at Animal Kingdom. Unless you have a reservation, I would suggest arriving at opening time, usually an hour or two after the park opens. The atmosphere is very nice, and has an obvious Asian flair to it (after all, it is in Asia  ) The menu is Asian themed, and everything I have tried there has been delicious. Its also a great way to get out of the heat!
