At Disney's Beach Club Resort, a New England-style
clambake buffet is a nightly ritual at Cape May Cafe. Each evening,
the official bakemaster ceremoniously lifts the lid on a specially
made steamer oven, grabs a clam for tasting and pronounces the
clambake under way. This hearty feast features steamed oysters,
mussels, clams, red skin potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, assorted baked
fish, pasta, barbecue pork ribs, sirloin beef tips, fresh vegetables
and daily specials. A special children's buffet also is available. |
