Fresh presents a unique atmosphere and a concept
which promises all items are prepared made-to-order, with the
freshest possible ingredients.
Fresh provides a comfortable, yet lively environment which features engaging
colors, an open kitchen, two customized dining areas and an exciting dining
experience. Menu items reflect regions of the Mediterranean - Spain, Italy,
France, Greece and Morocco, creating a true Mediterranean Market experience.
There are two seating options and menu items to complement
those areas. The Café is the casual and comfortable setting
where guests can view the chefs in action in an open kitchen,
which showcases rotisserie ovens full of ham, chicken, lamb and
a variety of other fresh meats and poultry slowly roasting in
juices. The area is characterized by the savory aromas of garlic, herbs, spices
and olive oils coming from the open kitchen as the chefs prepare selections
right before the guests. Other Café areas include stations featuring
carved meats, soups, salads and pastries, with everything from fresh-baked
breads to flans, crème brulees and decadent chocolate desserts.
For a quieter, reserved dining experience, guests can opt for
the “Veranda” where there will be an a la carte menu
as well as tableside service. This area is reserved for adults
and is ideal for a business meeting, with everything from internet
connections to tableside service. The a la carte menu features
fresh breakfast selections such as crepes, quiche, omelettes
and eggs any style. For lunch, the a la carte menu features salads,
sandwiches and hot Paninis. The tableside service for breakfast
will include a yogurt cart where guests can have a
customized parfait, including fresh muesli and granola, a variety of marmalades,
diced fruits, berries and nuts. The tableside service for lunch features a
salad cart where salad selections are tossed right before the guests.
The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch and is an ideal option
for guests on the go, who still want a true dining experience.
