Located at Downtown Disney West Side and Downtown Disney Marketplace. Headquarters for services for international Guests, ticket upgrades, dining assistance, separated Guest assistance, Sign Language information and additional services for Guests with disabilities.
Lost and Found
Located at Guest Relations in Downtown Disney West Side and Downtown Disney Marketplace.
Package Delivery
Your package can be delivered to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel or shipped to your home.
Special Considerations
Please abide by all safety warnings and notices. Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. The use of rollerblades, skates, skateboards, bicycles, 2-wheel scooters or Segways is prohibited.
Strollers and Wheelchairs
Stroller rentals are available at Disney's Wonderful World of Memories (Marketplace) and DisneyQuest Emporium (West Side). Details here.
Wheelchairs are available from Disney's Wonderful World of Memories (Marketplace) and DisneyQuest Emporium (West Side).
ECVs are available from Guest Relations (Marketplace). Costing $35 per day.
A $100 credit card imprint is required for deposit when renting an ECV at Downtown Disney.
Transportation
Bus:
Walt Disney World Resort guests can take the Downtown Disney bus from any Resort hotel. There are bus stops at Downtown Disney Marketplace and Pleasure Island.
Car:
Downtown Disney is well signposted withing the Walt Disney World Resort. There are car parks at West Side, Pleasure Island and Marketplace, where parking is free.
Boat:
Boats run from Port Orleans Resort, Old Key West Resort and Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa to the Marketplace Dock.
