'Reflections of China' debuted at Epcot in May 2003, replacing 'Wonders of China' which had played in the theatre since the park opened in 1982.
Nine 35mm cameras were used to photograph the scenic images seen throughout the film. These are fitted to a camera pod in order to create the 360 degree view.
Some of the shots taken for the presentation proved quite a feat to achieve. The Huangshan Mountain scene required the crew and labourers to carry the 300 pound camera and other equipment to the top, the peak being over a mile high.
