Miyuki


Miyuki is a candy artist from Asakusa in Tokyo, who learned the craft from her grandfather, one of Japan's most famous candy artists. Watch and be amazed as she skillfully and quickly moulds soft rice dough into different creatures right before your eyes!

Tips & Fun Facts

Miyuki seems to be increasingly popular, and guests can start to arrive before the performance is due to begin. Arrive 5-10 minutes early if you want a good view.
She gives preference to children when choosing who to make candy for. Stand at the front and put your hand in the air if you want to receive one of the free candies.

Of the 15 candy artists in Japan, Miyuki is the only female.
She can make many different types of creatures from the candy, including dragons, koala bears, pandas, dolphins, scorpions, giraffes, and many more.
