What happens if I lose my PhotoPass Card?
If you lose your card, then as soon as you realise then make your way to one of the Photo Centres at Epcot or the Magic Kingdom. They will be able to help you find your account details and issue you with a replacement card.
Where can I have my Photos Taken?
At various locations throughout the parks, including:
On Main Street with Cinderella’s Castle in the background or the other way round with the Railway Station in the background.
Spaceship Earth in the background at Epcot.
The Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom.
Sorcerer's Hat and the Tower of Terror at Disney's Hollywood Studios
At most of the character greeting sessions at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, DHS and Animal Kingdom.
Ride photo at Test Track can be added to your PhotoPass.
Bibbidi-Bobbidi Boutique at Downtown Disney Marketplace.

What does the PhotoPass Photographer look like?
All PhotoPass Photographers are dressed very similar, wearing a white shirt, khaki vest, and blue shorts or trousers.
Is there a limit to the number of photos that you can have on a PhotoCD?
No. Get as many photos taken as you want and you can have them all on a CD! The price is the same regardless of the number of photos in your account. Note that Disney's Gallery photos and any uploaded photos will not be included on your PhotoCD.
Can I have borders or signatures put on my photos?
You can add these enhancements yourself on the DisneyPhotoPass.com website. Check out some examples here.

Can ride photos included on Disney's PhotoPass card?
No they can't, apart from Test Track at Epcot®. The ride photo at Magic Kingdom's Space Mountain can be added to your PhotoPass card, but only when you purchase the photo at the ride.
