What happens if I lose my PhotoPass Card?

If you lose your card, then as soon as you realise then make your way to one of the Photo Centres at Epcot or the Magic Kingdom. They will be able to help you find your account details and issue you with a replacement card

Where can I have my Photos Taken?

At various locations throughout the parks, including:

On Main Street with Cinderella’s Castle in the background or the other way round with the Railway Station in the background.
With Walt and Mickey’s statue.
Spaceship Earth in the background at Epcot.
The Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom.
Sorcerer Mickey’s Hat and the Tower of Terror at MGM.
At most of the character greeting sessions at the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM and Animal Kingdom.
Some people have also had their photos taken at the Not-So-Scary-Halloween Party. The photo is taken in front of the Haunted Mansion with one of the Hitch-hiking ghosts.

What does the PhotoPass Photographer look like?

All PhotoPass Photographers are dressed very similar, wearing a white shirt, khaki vest, and blue shorts or trousers.

Can I have borders or signatures put on my photos?

Unfortunately, this seems to vary depending upon the Cast Member who is processing your CD. You are now likely to receive no enhancements on your photos. This does seem to vary though and some people have still be able to have the enhancements, but usually, they will only add them to the best picture in the group, e.g. you have 3 photos taken in front of the castle, they will add a signature etc to one of those photos.
