Apple Vinaigrette Recipe from Whispering Canyon Cafe, Wilderness Lodge Ingredients 1 1/3 Cup Canola Oil 1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar 1/4 Cup Apple Juice Concentrate 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice 1/2 Cup Applesauce 1/2 Tsp or to taste Salt Yield: 15 Ounces Method Place all ingredients except the Canola Oil and Salt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the Canola Oil in increments, blending between each addition. Add Salt to taste. Keep refrigerated in an airtight container.
