Ingredients
3 whole Bananas
2 cups All Purpose Flour
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
¼ tsp. Salt
6 ounces Butter
1 ½ cups Sugar
3 each Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
¾ cup Buttermilk
Yield: 4 loaves
Method
Cream butter and sugar.
Add bananas to crush.
Combine dry ingredients and add to the above.
Combine wet ingredients and add to the above.
Fill greased loaf pans ¾ to the top.
Bake at 325°F oven for about 30 minutes.
