Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe from 50s Prime Time Cafe
1/8 fluid oz lemon juice
¼ oz minced garlic
¾ oz grated fresh Parmesan cheese
2/3 fluid oz anchovy paste
1/16 oz ground white pepper
¼ fluid oz. mustard, Grey Poupon
1/8 fluid oz. tabasco Sauce
6 3/8 fluid oz. canola oil
1/8 fluid oz Worcestershire Sauce
3 ¼ fluid oz eggs
In mixing bowl blend anchovy and Worcestershire with hand blender until smooth.
Combine remaining ingredients except eggs and oil and blend.
Slowly add beaten eggs while mixer is blending.
Do the same for the oil and blend until thick and creamy.
