Flank Steak Marinade Recipe from Garden Grill, Epcot

 
Ingredients

12 oz red wine vinegar
6 oz liquid smoke
1 quart soy sauce
9 oz molasses
1 quart water
9 oz BBQ sauce
6 oz Worcestershire sauce
9 oz corn oil
½ oz ground ginger
5 oz Dijon mustard
2½ oz chopped garlic
10 oz brown sugar

Yield: 1 gallon


Method

Mix all ingredients together adding the brown sugar last.

Place the flank steak in the marinade for 24 hours.

Then grill until medium rare and slice against the grain.


Steak Seasoning

12 oz Kosher salt
3 oz black pepper, ground
10 oz onion power
10 oz granulated garlic
10 oz paprika
4 oz grounded turmeric

Mix all ingredients together well. Store in sealed container. Season steak liberally and grill.
