House Dressing Recipe from Les Chefs de France

 
Ingredients

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard                 
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar              
white pepper
1 egg                                             
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Method

---

In a small stainless steel bowl, using an electric mixer, beat the mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, and egg at high speed until frothy.

On medium speed gradually add oil in n until well blended.

Mixture should resemble thin mayonnaise.
