Kona White & Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe from Kona Cafe, Polynesian
1 lb 3 oz Cream cheese
½ cup Granulated sugar
7 large Eggs
¼ cup Milk
1/3 cup White chocolate
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Yield: 8 servings
In a mixer with a paddle, cream the cheese and sugar.
Add whole eggs, mix and scrape bowl several times.
Melt chocolate and butter.
Heat milk, and add to chocolate mix with the vanilla.
Add hot mix to the cream cheese mix.
Mix for 30 seconds and mix is ready to bake. The unused portion can be stored in refrigerator.
Bake at 280ºF for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until done (bake in Baine Marie).
Bake in small metal rings.
Put 1 oz of graham cracker crumbs for cheesecake on each ring.
Fill each metal ring with 7 oz of the cream cheese filling.
