Health Center

The onboard Health Center on deck 1 is open daily to assist with any medical emergencies or health concerns which may arise.

Regular hours: 9:30am - 11am and 4:30pm - 7pm.

Physicians and nurses are on call 24 hours a day, even when in port, for conditions requiring immediate treatment.

Due to limited equipment onboard the ship, it may become necessary for a patient to be airlifted to a nearby medical facility.

Fees at the Center, which is operated by an independent medical provider, will be charged to your stateroom account. Beacuse the services provided qualify as "care outside the United States," you will be responsible for paying any charges incurred prior to debarkation and then submitting the request for coverage to your insurance carrier. (Paperwork for submission will be provided.)

Not all insurance carriers will cover onboard treatment and/or airlift expenses. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm treatment coverage outside the United States.

Additional coverage for these services is available through Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan and can be purchased prior to your cruise through Disney Cruise Line reservations.
