How to Book a Disney Cruise

The earlier you book your cruise, the better price you will get, and the availability will also be better and you're more likely to get the choice of stateroom you want.

Peak times of the year such as spring break, Easter, summer, and Christmas are the most popular periods for cruising, and will therefore cost more and get booked up quicker. So if you're quite flexible as to when you can travel, opt for a quieter time, such as fall or winter.

If you've never sailed on a cruise before you may want to 'test the water' by just doing a three-or four-night cruise. Once you've been on a cruise you'll most likely get the cruise bug and want to sail for longer!

Once you've decided on your itinerary it's time to choose which stateroom you'd prefer. Consider how many people are in your party and whether you'd want an inside or outside stateroom, and if you're bothered about having a verandah or just a porthole. Read the stateroom section for more details and to help you decide.

Once you know when & where you want to cruise to, it's time to book!

Once again, there are a number of options:

Book with a specialist Disney Travel Agent, such as Small World Vacations, who often have special rates and promotions such as onboard credit.

Book direct with Disney, either online or by phone (800) 951-3532.

Book with an online travel company such as Expedia.
