Journey through the heart of Acapulco's three main zones — Traditional, Golden and Diamond — as you travel aboard an air-conditioned motor coach to a Mexican ranch located just outside Acapulco's vibrant city center. Along the way, revel in the sprawling sights of sand and shore of Acapulco Bay during a photo stop and learn about the fascinating history of the from your friendly guide. After your approximate one-hour journey, take in an informative safety demonstration before becoming acquainted with your very own horse for the day's adventure. Then, saddle up and begin your riding tour with a short saunter past a local nursery brimming with varieties of the Palm family. Lose yourself to the picturesque beauty as you breathe in the sweet fragrances and marvel at the fantastic foliage that surrounds you everywhere you look.

From the nursery, make your way to La Bonfil — an example of a typical Mexican village — and soak up the traditional Mexican flavor that has gone unchanged for years. Snap a picture and wave hello to the locals as you continue your delightful ride past a local church, school and charming village square to the sun-kissed sands and blue waters of a nearby beach. Feel the cool ocean water spray you gently as you make your way along the curving shoreline, only a stone's throw away from the crashing waves. Experience a sense of tranquility as you gaze out across the ocean atop your horse and bask in the cool sea breezes that wash over you. After your hour-long horseback ride, return back to the ranch and savor the flavor of a boxed lunch before beginning your hour-long trek — via air-conditioned motor coach — back to the ship.

• A box lunch (sandwich, chips, fruit, cookie and bottled water) is included. In addition, a complimentary bottle of water is included before the ride.
• Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted.
• This tour is not recommended for Guests with limited mobility.
• This excursion is suitable for riders of all experience levels, including beginners.
• Long pants and closed-toe shoes are recommended.
• Horses ride at a walk, not a gallop.
• Maximum weight per rider is 240 lbs.
• Guests over the age of 65 are not permitted to ride.
• Guests must be physically fit to participate. For safety reasons, expectant mothers, Guests with heart and respiratory conditions and those with back/neck injuries cannot participate.
• Guests are encouraged to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, additional clothing, hats, cameras and/or backpacks.
