Downtown Disney® District:
Baby Centers are not offered in Downtown Disney® District. Lost Children found in the Downtown Disney® District are taken to the location in Disneyland® Park.
Costumes
Only children under the age of 9 are permitted to wear costumes into the Disneyland® Resort theme parks.
Currency Exchange
The Disneyland® Resort offers currency exchange through Travelex Exchange Services.
Foreign currency may be exchanged for U.S. dollars at:
- City Hall in Disneyland® Park,
- the Guest Relations Lobby just inside the Disney's California Adventure® Park Main Entrance,
- the Guest Relations Window located to the left of the Disney's California Adventure® Park Main Entrance, or
- The front desks at the Hotels of the Disneyland® Resort
Disney Dollars
The official currency of the Disneyland® Resort, Disney Dollars are available in various denominations and feature limited-edition designs. Great for Disney collectors or giving as gifts! Purchase yours today at selected Resort locations.
First Aid
Disneyland® Park:
Located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., across from the Central Plaza next to the Baby Center.
Disney's California Adventure® Park:
Located next to the Mission Tortilla Factory in the Pacific Wharf area next to the Baby Center.
Downtown Disney® District:
Located between Ralph Brennan's Jazz Kitchen and Island Charters.
Guests with Disabilities
An audio tape tour*, Braille guidebook* and written aids for several attractions are available. Please visit City Hall in Disneyland® Park. For more information, pics, please refer to the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities (available at Information Centers).
*Rental fee and refundable deposit required.

Kennels
Indoor kennel facilities for the Disneyland® Resort are located to the right of the Main Entrance of Disneyland® Park.
Reservations are not necessary.
Daily fee - $20.00 per pet.
There are no facilities for overnight accommodations.
The Disneyland® Kennel Club and County of Orange requires rabies, distemper, and hepatitis vaccination certificates from your vet in order to board dogs over four months of age.
Cats over four months old need proof of vaccination for rabies, distemper, hepatitis, panleulaopenia, rhinotracheitus and calcivirus.
Lockers
Locker rentals are $7, $10, $11, $12, or $15 per day, depending on the locker's size.
Lockers provide unlimited access throughout the day.
Disneyland® Park:
Lockers are available outside the Main Entrance and on Main Street, U.S.A.
Disney's California Adventure® Park:
Lockers are located at the Main Entrance and the Golden Gateway.
Downtown Disney® District:
Lockers outside the Main Entrances to Disneyland® Park and Disney's California Adventure® Park are available for use.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found for the Disneyland® Resort is located outside the Main Entrance of Disney's California Adventure® Park.
Lost Guests
Guests under the age of 10 are escorted to Lost Children next to First Aid in Disneyland® Park. Guests 10 years of age and over may leave a written message at City Hall.
Package Check Services
Shop and check your purchases for pickup later in the day at these locations:
Newsstand (Main Entrance)
The Star Trader (Tomorrowland)
Pioneer Mercantile (Frontierland).
Resort Hotel Guest may have purchases delivered to Bell Services for next-day pickup after 7 a.m.
Certain Restrictions apply.
Picnic Area
Located to the left outside the Main Entrance of Disneyland® Park (close to the Mickey & Friends Tram).
Stroller Rental
Disneyland® Park:
Strollers can be rented inside the Main Entrance and at the Star Trader in Tomorrowland.
Disney's California Adventure® Park
Strollers can be rented inside the Main Entrance in Golden Gateway and in Condor Flats at Fly 'n' Buy.
Daily fee - $15.00
Two strollers - $25.00
(double strollers not available)
Downtown Disney® District:
Stroller rentals are not offered in Downtown Disney® District.
Touring & Travel Services Center
Operated by the Automobile Club of Southern California. Located on Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland® Park. Provides AAA services to members, including hotel reservations. They also provide towing and flat tire services to non-members during hours, without assessing a fee.
Wheelchair Rental
Disney's California Adventure® Park and Disneyland® Park:
Manual wheelchair and Electric Convenience Vehicles rentals are available inside the Main Entrance.
Daily fee -
$12.00 for manual wheelchairs and $50.00 for ECVs.
Both require a refundable deposit of $20.00.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to rent or operate an Electric Convenience Vehicle.
Downtown Disney® District:
Wheelchair rentals are not offered in Downtown Disney® District
