Each afternoon, the party swings into full gear with Disney’s Once Upon a Dream Parade, a lively spectacle that features famous dream moments from the most beloved Disney stories.
For the first time ever, delightful fragrances have been added to the floats, immersing guests in the merriment as the procession makes it way down Main Street, U.S.A. Also for the first time, most of the floats have two themes, one on the front and one on the back.
Music is orchestrated and conducted by noted musician Steve Sidwell, who also wrote the
music for films including “Moulin Rouge,” “Bridget Jones’ Diary” and “Finding Nemo,” and was
recorded by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in London.
The colorful procession features famous dream moments from
the most beloved Disney stories ever. The parade starts with a float featuring an open book to
symbolize dream images coming to life, with Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in a hot-air balloon,
Donald Duck showering spectators with a dreamy special effect, and Goofy, Pluto and Chip and Dale
interacting with Guests.
