18 months in Advance
of Wedding Date
You can speak to a Wedding Consultant to start discussing options for your wedding, and also arrange a site visit to Disney World.
16 months in Advance of Wedding Date
Sixteen (16) months prior to your desired wedding
date, Disney are able to tentatively hold space for your Disney
Fairy Tale Wedding if it's being held in one of the convention center locations. This space may be confirmed exactly twelve (12)
months prior to your requested date. If you are using the Wedding Pavilion for your ceremony it will be booked at this point.
If you have booked one of the following locations you can sign your Letter of Agreement - Ariel's, Atlantic Dance Hall, the BoardWalk, In-park locations.
In the meantime, the following
items are wonderful things to be researching for your wedding event:
- Completing your guest list & compiling an accurate address list
- Reserving an Officiant to perform the wedding
- Contacting Tuxedo vendors for information
- Deciding on vendors for Photography & Videography
- Collecting photos, color swatches and ideas for your wedding event. Keep
them together for use during the planning stages of your wedding-they are
excellent tools to help communicate your wedding dreams and are invaluable
resources for your planning team to refer to.

for your guests and creating a room block
Twelve (12) Months
in Advance of your Wedding Date
Twelve (12) months in advance of your wedding date, Disney will
send you a Letter of Agreement outlining all space, hotel rooms,
policies and procedures relating to your wedding event. You will
review this document, secure signatures of all responsible parties
and return it with a $2,000 deposit (personal check, money order or wire transfer
only). At this time you should also send your guest list in order
to send out the Save the Date Announcements, Reservation Forms and
Advance Purchase Ticket forms to inform all of your wedding guests
of your upcoming event.
Soon after they receive your signed "Letter of Agreement," you
will be introduced to a Wedding Event Manager and a comprehensive
planning kit will be sent to you. This will allow you to begin
narrowing down selections, preferences and details.
An official Disney Fairy Tale Weddings website will be set up for
you, listing any special events you have planned, your room block
information, pics, and forms for your guests to reserve rooms or buy discount
You will be able to speak to your Event Manager about organising
a Planning Session, in person at Walt Disney World, or by phone.
6 Months in Advance
of Your Wedding Date
Pricing for your wedding can now be confirmed.
A planning session is usually held 4-6 months in advance.
6 Weeks in Advance
of Your Wedding Date
Your Wedding Planner will provide you with a detailed Final
Budget of your entire Wedding Event. This will be based on all
specific conversations and meeting that you have leading up to
30 Days in Advance
of your Wedding Date
Full payment in the form of check, money order or credit card
is due to your Wedding Planner. If changes are made inside of
(30) days, they are subject to various cancellation charges as
outlined in your Letter of Agreement.
Signed copies of your Banquet Event Order (BEO) are now due.
All unassigned rooms in your Resort Room Blocks will
be released at this time.
72 hours before
A final guarantee will be required for all Food & Beverage
Final guest count for wedding reception is due by 12:00pm.
4-6 Weeks after your Wedding
A complete detail of the final bill will be mailed to you.
