Outside Floral Vendors

You don't have to use Walt Disney World Florist for your floral
and decor requirements, so long as you have met your minimums in
other areas*.
Disney won't charge any extra fees if you use an outside floral
vendor. The ones listed below are used to doing weddings at Disney
World.
* Weddings at any outdoor location can no longer use outside vendors for floral, decor or entertainment.
For contracts issued after October 2008, outside vendors cannot be used for weddings held inside theme parks. This includes ceremonies, receptions and dessert parties.
