Marriage License

Couples wishing to be married in the state of Florida must obtain
a license at any courthouse within Florida.
No blood test or waiting period is required. Proper identification
is necessary, such as a driver's license, certified copy of birth
certificate, or passport. If a previous marriage ended in divorce
within 90 days of your wedding in Florida, or in the past year
out of state, a copy of the divorce decree is required.
Both bride and groom must be present to obtain the license. The
fee for the marriage license is $88.50. Payment may be made in
cash, or traveler's checks, or by credit card or money order. Personal
checks are not accepted. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30
a.m. to 4:30 p.m.ET, excluding holidays.
The license will be issued at time of application and is good immediately.
It must be used within 60 days.
Proof of your valid marriage
license is required prior to hosting your wedding at the Walt Disney
World® Resort.

Directions:
Highway #535 to Highway #192. Turn left onto Highway
#192, travel approximately 6 miles. Turn right on N. John Young Parkway
. At the third light turn left onto Emmett Street . Go six (6) blocks
and turn right onto Beaumont Avenue , go one (1) block to long-term
parking. Short-term parking is next to the six story building.
. Marriage License office is located in courthouse building on 2nd
Floor.

Follow Interstate #4 (I-4) East towards
downtown Orlando . Exit at Amelia Street - Exit # 83B. Make right
on Amelia Street . Follow Amelia Street for two blocks. The courthouse
is located at the corner of Amelia Street and Orange Avenue . The
Marriage License Office is located on the third floor, Room #355.
