Minimum Food and Beverage Requirements
Breakfast
$1,750, plus 21% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Lunch
$2,450, plus 21% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Dinner
$3,000, plus 21% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Minimum food & beverage costs can be comprised of pre-reception,
reception, wedding cake and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Special Requirements for this Venue
The venue rental is $325.00 plus tax.
A minimum of 10 guests is required to book this venue.
A maximum capacity of 85 guests.
If tables and chairs are required, there will be a set up fee
of $75.
Must utilize a buffet style menu.
Disney charter bus transportation
required to use this location.
One host/hostess per 50 guests is
required to use this location ($90 for 3 hours, then $20 for each additional hour).
This venue is not wheelchair accessible.
There are specific guidelines for showcasing and serving wedding cakes at this location
All talent performing within this area must fit the theming of
the area and must be approved by Epcot® and secured by Walt Disney
Entertainment through your Wedding Planner.
All floral and décor
items must be provided by Disney.
Events in an outdoor location are subject to be moved indoors due to inclement weather. Disney will make a decision on outdoor events a maximum of five hours prior to the start of the event.
