Grand Floridian Ballroom
At 18,216 square feet, the Grand Floridian ballroom is ideal for
receptions of up to 1,500 guests. For smaller groups, the ballroom
can be also be divided into nine sections with six separate salon-style
rooms accommodating between 40 and 300 guests.
Suitable for:
Reception, rehearsal dinner, farewell brunch.
St Augustine Hall
For between 20 and 200 guests, the St. Augustine Hall offers maximum
flexibility.
This 5,858 square foot space can be used in it's entirety
or divided in up to four more intimate rooms.

Key West
A classic ballroom with Victorian inspired decor.
Maximum guest capacity: 20.

Whitehall Room
When it comes time to make a statement, the octagon-shaped Whitehall
sets the stage for intimate events of up to 50. An elegant crystal
chandelier centers the room, which leads to a scenic outdoor terrace.
A popular choice for pre-reception / cocktail hour.
Maximum guest capacity: 50
Adding entertainment and a dance floor will decrease capacity.

Minimum Food and Beverage Requirements
Functions beginning prior to 2pm
$100 per person, plus 20% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Functions beginning after 2pm
$125 per person, plus 20% service charge and 6.5% sales tax.
Minimum food & beverage costs can be comprised of pre-reception,
reception, wedding cake and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
